Hi all,
Last week I added a couple of user stories through the 'backlog' panel. When I went to my 'board' panel, these user stories show as tasks: a kanban post-it instead of a user story line. They are still called user stories, so I have a feeling that this is a view issue rather than that I made a mistake. I have been looking through the settings to see if I did something wrong, but I cannot find it. When I add another user story the same thing happens.
Did something change in the settings? Do I need to follow a different route to add user stories? Did the board layout change? Something else?
Any help would be appreciated.

How is the Story Icon or Task Icon showing up?
Better yet create the Story from Creat Issue Screen
Let me know if you have any doubts?
Thanks,
Pramodh
Hi Pramodh,
The icons show as stories, but the layout is that of a task. A story on the board is a line where you can add tasks (the 'post-it' like notes). These user stories show on the board as 'post-its'.
I added a printscreen to clarify. The 'wrong' user stories are on the bottom listed as 'everything else'.

Okay, then you may have grouped the issues by
May I know which one is it
So based on Group by option the issues are categorized, this is the reason you are seeing the issues.
