Stopped receiving notification emails

Hi Team,

I'm having trouble receiving notification emails from both jira and bitbucket. 

I believe my email is on the email suppression list. Is it possible to take me off the list? 

I stopped receiving notification by email on 03/1.

Hi Gianluca - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to open a support ticket with Atlassian to have them check if your email has been blacklisted.
