Stopped receiving notification emails jira and bitbucket

I'm having trouble receiving notification emails from JIRA and bitbucket.

Since Sept 9, 2023.

I have checked all junk emails and checked my email notification settings but still not able to get email.

Are you on the free plan? Atlassian has been having issues with sites on the free plan getting black listed due to spam.
