Hi, I'm working as a contractor for clearcourse-membership and, since 12 April (when my email address was incorrectly suspended) I have received no notifications from Jira for Service Desk tickets.
My settings appear to be correct.
I have enquired within ClearCourse Membership, but they have no answers. Several threads on here seem to relate to the same issue, and so I believe my email address may be on a suppression list.

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian and have them check the suppression list for that email address.
