Stop the "Respond to customer" pop-up

We have migrated a Service project from Jira Server to Jira Cloud, but before that we converted the project to a Software project. We do not have Jira Service Management in Jira Cloud.
It seems like there is still something left from the Service Management. Every time a task is moved from one column to another, there is this pop-up

How can we turn it off without having access to Jira Service Management?

That seems like a screen added to the workflow.

Check the workflow and the transitions. 

Delete the screen on the transition if you don't need it.
