Hi there. We have integrated ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (cloud) to JIRA. Problem we have is that every time we do a change to JIRA we get a note to Servide Desk (even if we amend a field).
Is there a way to stop these updates? ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (cloud) allows you to stop comment updates from JIRA to SD but nothing else so was wondering if this can be controlled via JIRA.
BTW< have already turned off email notifications and watch issues for the API user we have for the integration-didnt make any change.
