Stop Log Work fields collapsing on Close issue screen

When closing issues on the Close Issue screen, the "Log Work" fields are now hidden inside an accordion and must be manually expanded to access "Time Spent," "Remaining Estimate," and "Date Started." This has led to inconsistent time logging. I need these fields to always be visible, not collapsed.

How was this behavior enabled?
How can I disable it?

Hey George,

I believe the 'Log Work' on transition screen was earlier available as a checkbox, and is now available as an expandable section.

You can make it mandatory to log the time during the transition, to ensure users expand the section and enter the time correctly. Here's an article with the detailed steps:
