Start the active sprint, and then start the next sprint automatically

How can i start the active sprint, and then start the next sprint automatically on 01/07/2021(some date) at 10:00AM PDT and every 3 weeks from that point in jira datacenter using any plugin or using scriptrunner?Is this achievable?

I do not know of any way to automate this.  I would actually suggest against it.  To successfully manage a sprint you should be closing it out manually so you can see what work has not been completed, make decisions on how to handle that work, and make adjustments to the work in the next sprint.
