Start, end & target dates setup

Hi! how do we go about setting up start, target & end date fields that are missing in the "Create Issue" page. The dates are missing the configuration field drop down menu.

@Sam Nikou Please check if these date fields exist in the list of custom fields (Administration section). If they do, please add them to your create issue screen scheme.
