Start/Stop TImer is now showing on task/sub task/bugs

Dear Sir/Madam
We always use start/stop timer while starting a task/sub task/bug. But since yesterday (08-03-2023) we are not able to see start/stop timer on any task or bug or any task. May I ask you what is problem? and when will it resolve it.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to take a look at the configuration of the app that is providing your stop/start timer - has it fallen out of licence, or have your admins changed its configuration?
