Start 2 sprint

I have a project like "Team-managed software ", I need to start 2 sprint at the same time, how can I do?

When I start one, Jira does not allow me to start the 2nd.

At present, parallel sprints can not be run if you are using "Team Managed" projects.

This feature is available only for company-managed projects as of now.
