Sprint permissions do not work

Hello dear community, currently my PO('s) cannot add / make changes in Sprints. How can i add them the associated rights to do so? PO is already within the group, which has the right "manage sprints". 

Since today PO has not the button "create sprint" and cannot work on current sprints.

I assume we are talking about CMP project? Assuming so then go to project settings > permissions and check that the Manage sprints includes a role or group that the Users are in. If they are not in any group/role then add them under admin user management section.
