Sprint headings and child sprint displays have disappeared in Jira Cloud

Hello everyone

I am wondering if anyone else has had their Roadmap change such that the sprint headings no longer show and the children to Epics are no longer displayed under a sprint. I use Jira at home to manage everything in addition to at work in my role as Scrum Master. At work, they still show, however at home I have lost a tool that I had come to rely upon to plan ahead. 

As an aside, After I started a new sprint this week, I noticed that the board was no longer showing the Done issues. I hadn't changed anything and it was all showing fine in the boards and in the Roadmap beforehand, so unsure what went on behind the scenes.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

For the instance where things changed, is that a Standard subscription?

Hi Trudy. It is a Company Managed project, but I am the administrator. It is a Standard subscription as it is only a small team of a few people using it. Everything was working fine until the end of the last Sprint and the only thing I changed was to roll onto a new Sprint.
