Sprint dates - start and end dates in backlog view has different views on different accounts

Hi guys,

I am not sure if someone already encountered this. we have 1 board and I was checking something and found that the dates in the sprint cycles overlapped with the next sprint.

Screenshot 2025-11-27 145246.jpg

When I edit the sprint cycle, its not showing the same date (For example on image above, Sprint 25.25 starts on Dec9-24 in backlog view but when you edit, it shows Dec10-24).

When I checked with other admins, their view is correct...

Both Images are of the JIRA project.

Is there any settings on my account to fix this?

Hi @Sherwin Soriano

The most common cause of your problem is a time zone mismatch between your personal Jira account and the rest of the team/site.

You can try update your time zone by following these steps:

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of your Jira dashboard.

  2. Select Account settings.

  3. Open the Account preferences tab.

  4. Find the Your time zone section and click the drop-down menu.

  5. Choose your correct time zone from the list.

After updating your time zone, please check again to see if the issue persists.

Hope it helps 🙌
