Sprint backlog "in progress" story points

This is so strange and I wonder if I need to look elsewhere.

Basically, the "in progress" points that is shown to me doesn't match the "stories in progress" when I switch over to the active sprint page.

Appreciate any advice/help that can be given!

I would try to see your sprint board contains more issues than that of the current sprint. A good example would be if you have parallel sprints active and 2 or more sprints are currently visible on your board. This could easily be the case where the total story point of your "A" sprint from the backlog, wouldn't be equal to the total story point on your active sprint board.

i don't have a parallel sprint active. i noticed just now, that the total story points is correct. only the allocation is incorrect.
