Sprint Report shows previous sprint; not current as expected

When navigating to the Sprint Report, it seems to always display the previous sprint -- not the current sprint as expected.

Can you check if the sprint report is set up for the correct sprint?

I am sharing a snippet for your reference If issue persists please raise a support ticket to atlassian to review the configuration and investigate the problem :Sprint name .png

When I navigate to the sprint report, the default sprint in the dropdown list is the previous sprint (sprint 1).  I have to select the current sprint (sprint 2) each time I open the sprint report.  I would expect the default sprint (sprint 2) in that dropdown to be the current sprint.
Does that make sense?
