Currently I run a 2-week sprint with tasks based on labels. We have a weekly sprint planning meeting and we currently dont use JIRA or any of Atlassians products for sprint planning.
Ideally this planning should be done with the epics as they contain accurate dates for delivery of the sprints.
Does anyone have any recommendations for how best to sprint plan with the epics?
for my perspective, sprint plan should be based on user stories and not to epics.
A sprint should contains something that can be released at the end of the sprint and an Epic is something that describe a high level feature that could be implemented in many sprints (start date and end date of an epic should be greater than 2 weeks).
