Sprint Estimating is wrong (zero)

I don't know why my estimate (based on story points) is empty (0).

I have added in two issues, with story point estimates set. but the estimation is empty. 

Any ideas?

In your board configuration, check which field is configured as the estimation statistic:

Make sure that it is the same field you use for the story point estimation. For more background, also have a look at the documentation about estimation and time tracking, which are different things.
