Hi Team,

We are currently utilizing the sprint feature in JIRA, and when we go to close out a sprint, we add the tasks not completed to the upcoming sprint. However, it appears some of those are being missed and updated to the new 'Sprint' value. Could anyone please suggest on this ?

You can set Jira to do this automatically - close sprint, all issues that are not "done" will move. 

How are you moving issues to the upcoming sprint?
