Sprint Burndown chart on dashboard hub

Feraud, Nicolas
February 12, 2026

Good morning,

I have the feeling that the filter by Board doesn't work for the sprint burndown gadget.
I have setup 2 gadget, one based on the Sprint 154, and one based on a board on which the right column is merging a list of different status.
so the "remaining story point" should be different but there are not

Hello @Feraud, Nicolas,

Thank you for reaching out on the forum about this!

I am the Dashboard Hub Product Manager at Appfire.

It seems you are experiencing some discrepancies between Dasboard Hub generated burndown chart and the native burndown chart when applying the board filter. In order to better help you, we will need to have a look at the list of work item movements so we can check the differences.

Would you mind opening a ticket with our support team at: https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/group/1237

They and I will find a way for you to get an accurate burndown in minutes!

In the meantime, I wish you an excellent start of the week!

Sincerely,

Quentin

Hi @Feraud, Nicolas

Welcome to the community.

Theses dashboard gadgets are not ootb, which 3rd party marketplace app is used for this.

I suggest to raise this at the vendor/developer of the app through their support channel.

Hi @Feraud, Nicolas,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I believe these charts are provided by a third-party app (a Jira plugin). I recommend contacting the app vendor directly for assistance.

If you're open to trying another app from the Atlassian Marketplace, you might consider the Sprint Burndown & Burnup Chart gadget available in our Great Gadgets app.

It offers similar functionality but allows you to define what "done meas" and can also display a Data tab with a detailed sprint report so you can see where the displayed number come from.

Hi @Feraud, Nicolas ,

If you’re open to using Marketplace apps, you can try Sprint Report, which is part of Time in Status—an app developed by my team at SaaSJet.

With it, you can see not only a correct Burndown chart for the active sprint, but also team velocity for completed sprints.

We also recently released a new feature: detailed sprint metrics. You can open the data table for any metric to see exactly which issues were added or removed during the sprint, plus a clear list of carryover issues, and more.

Hope you find it useful!

When I generate the sprint burndown from the board itselft, I see the correct trend.
