Split of jira and usage of gitlab app

Hi,
We are in the process of splitting jira into two services.
Both are using the same git app for integration.
Is it enough on the new site just to create new token or are there some other issues?

Welcome to the community :)

Yes, you must generate a new API/OAuth token for the new Jira site to connect it to your Git provider. Each Jira Cloud site is a separate entity and requires its own authentication credentials for integrations.
