Specific project migration between Jira clouds

I want to migrate a specific project between Jira clouds. I exported a CSV and tried to import it, but got an error. Also, I am unable to open the error log file. As an alternative, I thought about exporting a Zip file from a Cloud backup and importing it, but have not been able to do so because I am concerned that it will overwrite all the data in the destination.
