Special Filter to find out wheter the ticket is connected with a requirement ticket

Hello,

i want to create a filter wich search in every ticket (which is not a requirement-ticket) and look up if this ticket is connectet (with releates to or depends on, or...) with a requirement ticket

Is that possiple? How can i realize that?
