Space /Page in confluence with existing name Should not be created.

Hi Team,
When user is trying to create a space /page in confluence with existing name, we should be able to restrict stating space/page name already exists.
or it should be showing an error to use a different name.

It already does this.  You can't create pages with the same name as an existing page in a space, same as other wiki software.
