Using Jira project, in the list section, how to sort a ticket list by the "parent ticket key" and not the "ticket key" ?
Because some tickets are created after others and attached to parent tickets, there key are not relevant with the project order. So I'd like to sort them by parent.
Who know how to do it please ?
