Company provides me user name password 

my user name is ayaz_job2010. 
when I tied to login with this am not able to login

Logins for Atlassian Cloud products are email addresses; i.e. ayaz_job2010@somecompany.com

If you tried to login to Atlassian Cloud with literally just ayaz_job2010 then that would not work.

You need to go to your company support team to confirm that they have given you the correct login information, and confirm with them exactly where you should be using that login information.
