Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL.

It's been a bit since I logged into my Jira account (health issues) and it was new to me as well, so I'm rusty and don't remember much, but I know that it has some valuable information about my project in it. When I tried to go to the site address: 

I get a page unavailable error:

Then when I use the support link I put the URL in and it says:

Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL.


So I'm at a loss for what to do...

You would need to provide a URL that you are trying to access to the support team. Support community does not have access to check on your instance.
