Is there any gadget available to display external link (or java script) on a JIRA dashboard; I esepcially want to display the some sonar report graph on a JIRA dashboard. Thank you.

There is Text gadget allowing to write HTML and javascript, this gadget is by default disabled in plugin manager (as potential security hole).
