Hello! I'm trying to create a site, but I'm getting the following error:

"Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Trace ID: c331a07a171145c6943cd03723530b31)"

I can't create a ticket because it asks me for the site URL which is the thing I want to create.

I have tried at least 3 different browsers, all 3 also in Incognito mode, without any ad blockers and the issue still persists.

Hi Tagwizz,

That being the case, you'll just need to open a support ticket with Atlassian. Please post back here with the resolution/guidance for future readers.

Hey! So, I'm experiencing the same issue: Can't create a workspace with "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Trace ID:", but can't reach out to support, because there's no workspace YET. What should I do now? Thanks!
