Someone added Open (2) status and I can't find it.

Someone added Open (2) status and I can't find it.

I checked the statuses in the settings and didn't see it there. I really need this to be gone! Any ideas?

Sorry...those aren't statuses. Those are transitions! Apparently it will do this if you try to use the 'Allow all statuses to transition to this one' too much.
