We can't tell you anything, you need to read your application log file (probably atlassian-jira.log in <jira-home>/logs) to find out what the actual error was.
The log referral number is a reference for your admins and Atlassian to uniquely identify the log the real error was written to.

Hi @Цаплина Алёна ,
Do you have more that was around that error? I find those are rather cryptic and sometimes not that helpful; the key is in a lot of the OTHER stuff when I am trying to solve it.
