The same thing happened to me. All at a sudden, I didn't get any notifications from JIRA software at all and I can't seem to switch it on...
I am only involved in one project but aren't getting any emails regarding anything anymore... Do you know what I can try out?

I checked your email address and the domain here, but it didn’t return any bounces or blocks. I just checked the one that you are using here in Community.
On Jira, please, go to your Profile picture > Personal settings and confirm if it’s configured for you to receive notifications:
If your personal settings are configured correctly and you are still facing issues, please, reach out to the IT department of your company for them to whitelist our domains and IPs, mainly if it also affects other users.
