As of Monday, some users are getting errors when they attempt to upload an image to Jira or Confluence. These users could previously perform this function. Other users can upload the same attachments with no issues, The error is "failed to upload" and "Preview Unavailable".
Note: I have checked the user's permissions and the audit log and all look fine.

any indication on what is different for the users facing issues (different browser, working via VPN etc)?

Hi @Kurt Klinner Thanks for the response! I'm still doing some research, but it does seem so far that the individuals experiencing issues are working via VDI versus the others that are working fine, seem to be on our VPN. Appreciate the suggestion and will post more once I've confirmed/learned more. Thanks!
