Some issues can't be view on board

I have two issues  are same type  and same status , the status is mapped in column  in the board. but one issue can see this board via the link "agile"-->"view on board", the   other issue can't see via link .

Does anyone know the reason and what should I do？

Can you find these two issues through the board settings filter query JQL?

Board settings filter query JQL is  "project = XXXX ORDER BY Rank ASC" . I can find these two issues . please advice.

Check whether there are other restrictions in the board settings, such as

• Quick Filters
• Resolution field value

If everything works, try rebuilding the jira index.

当前使用的是jira software版本，目前存在的问题是当我点进去我的project的 DEMO-13 issue中的agile --> view on board的界面 只出现2个board  。但是当我点击DEMO_10 issue agile --> view on board的界面会显示我所有的board(总计4个board).  类似如下图片 DEMO-10和DEMO-13.这两个issue的status和type都是一样的。

我应该如何调整 才能够让显示DEMO-13 issue 也同样显示4个board像DEMO-10一样。
