Some fields on a Plan do not show up

Hi, Jira Community! 

I just started using Jira a couple of months ago and still trying to maximize utilising the tool everyday (it has been a great journey!) 

I have recently created a plan dashboard for my team, I have added some columns for "Fields" but it does not show any values. The column is added successfully but the cell is empty. (it allows integer as input)

As i open individual tickets, the same field seems to have values in there.

Is there anyone encountering the same issue? if you could help me how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time in advance!

Hi @Koz ,

Just to clear something first - we're talking about Jira plans and not dashboards? You mentioned "plan dashboard," but these would be two distinct features.

Now, are these fields that do not display value number type fields?

On first guess, you could check out the following:

• Check if fields have a context set
• Is the project company-managed or team-managed? If it's the latter, there are some limitations: Limitations of team-managed projects in your plan 

There's also this resource but it's related to work item view and not for plans: Fields are missing on the issue view for a few tickets in Jira Cloud 

If you can share some additional details (or screenshots), that would be helpful.
