Some admins can't add new projects

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

An admin needs access to all applications in order to be able to add a project in OnDemand. Please access the Application Access page:

https://<domain name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/ApplicationAccessConfig!default.jspa and grant them access to all applications.
