Some Stories Disappear From Advanced Roadmap Plan When Status Changed to "Done"

I have my main board of my project as the issue source for my plan in the Advanced Roadmaps section of Jira.

When filtering the within the Plan in the Basic View to only show issues in the Active Sprint, many stories/tasks that are marked as "Done" are not populating, while others are. I cannot find any differences between the "Done" stories that do populate and those that don't. I thought maybe the issue could be that stories originally created in past sprints and carried over disappeared in the filtered plan when marked "Done" in the current sprint; however, this is not the case. There are other stories populating in the Plan that are from past sprints and are marked as "Done" in the current sprint. Similarly, stories that are not populating are also in the same epics as other stories that do populate, so cannot be that.

I also went into the configuration of the plan, and it doesn't seem that there are any exclusions that would show only some Active Sprint stories marked as "Done" when filtered. The only sure thing I have found is that if I re-create any ticket from scratch and mark it as "Done" in the Active Sprint, then it does show up in the filtered Plan.

If anyone has any idea of how I can populate ALL my Active Sprint stories within the Plans section of Advanced Roadmaps with the "Active Sprint" filter on, regardless of current status, that would be wonderful. Happy to provide more info as well.

Here you need to check the Issue Source of Plan. There you need to check the filter which you applied. might be you exclude "DONE" status Issue and because of that when issue move to Done status issue get disappear.
