Hello, since this last Thursday we got a situation with our gmail accounts, we are part of a free G Suite so all our company emails are @company.com, but are hosted through Google.
After that day some of our users stop recieving email notifications from JIRA in general, all the projects.
I used the notification helper for a service desk ticket in order to verify that i got the right permissons and I do..... and supposedly i should get email but still i cant get it....
Is there a place in JIRA where i can check all the sent emails log in order to see what is happening. I want to see if it's a problem of my JIRA user, or JIRA blocking my user's email address, or maybe our email is blocking JIRA's email. Nevertheless I checked my email configuration to look for any jira blocked email address but i got none.
Hope someone can help me check this.
