Snap shot of Jira instance

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to find out how i take a snapshop of our Jira Cloud so that when i make changes within Jira i do not affect all of out projects and workflows until i have fully tested the changes.

Recommendations, please?

Hello,

You can create a second instance of Jira Cloud. Then take a backup from the production instance and restore the backup to the test intance. Or you can create a new Jira Server instance, then take a backup for Server from your Jira Cloud instance and restore this backup to your Server.
