Smartsheet Connector Jira Custom Fields

We are trying to integrate Jira with Smartsheet via Connector and found that only system fields are available for selection and none of the custom fields show up in Smartsheet for bidirectional integration.

Our bidirectional integration is successful for Jira System Fields but not unable to select the Jira custom fields in the Smartsheet integration set up referring to the Smartsheet's Integration screen.

Second question is what custom field types are supported and not supported in this Jira Smartsheet integration? (ex: Is single selection dropdown value, date fields supported?)

Please let me know and help on how can I resolve this issue
