But does anyone have knowledge that you can create tickets if you like submit a form on smartsheets? Does it generate a ticket in Jira?

Hi @Cole please be informed, if your Jira is integrated with SmartSheets, then certain SmartSheet actions would generate a new Jira ticket. And if you ask me, what actions, I would refer you to check their helpful documentation/ product guide.
