i try to return Value custom field named "Request Title" on automation with Smart Value (Email Notification Automation).
so.. when issue created user will se Value from "Request Title" .
i tried
{{issue.customfield_xxxxx}}, {{issue.[NAME].value}}, {{issue.customfield_id.value}}
it's not working.

Can you share an actual screen shot of your rule?
Please test if the {{issue}} smart value evaluates to the expected value at all.
Maybe, the issue itself is not present, then of course, its custom field value won't be, either.
