Slack "Sync Thread" feature no longer available

We rely heavily on the Sync Thread feature with the Slack integration - you post a message in a channel and the link preview shows an option to "Sync Thread" which syncs all messages in the thread to the comments in Jira.

I've noticed that the feature is stopped showing up - all the messages have the same formats to meet the integration requirement (add the link to the first message), but now they don't show up with the Sync Thread option in the link preview.

Having the same issue here, the Sync Thread option stopped appearing completely a few hours ago.

Morning Everyone. One thing i noticed with this, is that when i copy a JIRA item link into a slack channel , it now says "Added by a bot".

So now it seems that SLACK / JIRA thinks that when a human manually pastes the jira link , that its done by a bot. 

This is why we are getting the ASSIGN button and not the SYNC THREADS.  this needs be "seen" as done by a human

i know its not an answer - but hopefully give the JIRA devs a heading on where to go

Same here. Since 9th of October the Sync Thread option is not longer part of JIRA Slack integration. All users are affected.

We’ve temporarily paused the Sync Thread feature while we work on some enhancements to improve its reliability and ensure it works consistently across all Slack conversations. Our goal is to make the experience even better.

We expect to re-enable the feature by second week of November and will share an update here as soon as it’s live again. In the meantime, your feedback is invaluable—please let us know if you have any specific enhancements that would love to have as part of this feature.

When we try to integrate slack with Jira using Sync thread option,the sycn option is not working as expected.
If we put comment in Jira story its not coming back in slack thread or if we comment in slack thread its not updating in Jira story.
Could you please help us on how to fix this issue?

Looks like only Jira Software admins, billing contacts, or technical contacts are permitted to create support requests so I have requested respective team to check and open a ticket.Do you have any option to open an internal support ticket for this issue?
