All of a sudden, there is a 10-minute delay between when posts are made on Jira and when I receive the notification in Slack. I thought this might be a Slack issue, but after going over it with their live tech team, they are condifdent it's on the Jira side.
Please help; this is VERY disruptive to my ability to interact with my team in real-time.
Hi @Ahpook welcome to the community. I did some digging on Atlassian's Jira Site and found JRACLOUD-84565 which sounds like the issue you've been having. Take a look at that issue, and if you agree that's the issue you are having, you can vote for and watch it for any updates.
