Slack notifications - can only select 'All' or 'None' status for 'Issue transitioned to'

When attempting to set up slack notifications for my project - for the 'Issue transitioned to' field it only allows 'All' or 'None'. if i indivudally select the status from the picklist, it just automatically chooses the 'All' option

Hey Jonny,

I've just checked my test Jira and it seems to be working just fine - I can choose statuses.

Could you please try to check using another browser? Or incognito mode?
I am suspecting that something is cached somewhere.

Also, do you experience the same in any other project?
