Hello.

I added a slack connection in Jira and i cant see them on the connections list, so i added again. Right now i have double messages in Slack from Jira. I can't fix that, i can only added an another connection.

Hey Adam, welcome to the Community!

Running /jira manage in the Slack channel where you're getting notifications should list all the projects configured to pipe notifications in to the channel. Are you not getting any responses from that command in Slack?

Alternatively from the Jira side, you should be able to go to a project and click Slack integration in the menu to get to the channel subscriptions for that project.

A screenshot from either Slack showing missing subscriptions or from Jira showing channels not configured can help me diagnose what's going on too.

Thanks,
