Hi Sanja,
Support for 8.0 (and 8.0.1, which was released this morning) was added to the Jira Server for Slack app this morning. You should be able to upgrade in Jira 8.0 (or 8.0.1) if you have already upgraded your Jira instance. If you were waiting for the plugin to be supported before upgrading, I would recommend upgrading to 8.0.1 as there are several bugfixes that will ensure a smoother upgrade.
