Slack connection arror for notifications when issues are created.

I linked Jira notification to Slack when issues are created, but notifications are not sent even though that there are new issue created

Hello, Good day. Go to project settings >> Apps >> Slack integration and make sure slack shows active. Edit the connection and confirm issue created event is selected as shown.
