Slack Integration for Ticket Information

Is there a way to configure the slack integration so that any ticket referenced will display information without getting any of the ticket change notifications.

For example:

#jira

• Room should show all ticket updates
• Room should show ticket information when the key is referenced in a message

#general

• Room should NOT show all ticket updates
• Room should show ticket information when the key is referenced in a message

If possible we'd like all channels and direct messages to show ticket information when the key is referenced in a message.

We are a fairly small team (20 users) with one Jira project and one Slack workspace.
