Slack Integration Raise a ticket without having the form popup

Hello,

I am trying to raise a JIRA Ticket from Slack Jira Cloud integration without having the form popup.
Jira's documentation shows that you can, but when I enter the details, it pops up the form, which defies the purpose of saving time using the integration shortcut.

Is there any workaround for this?

Did you try to follow the steps in here ? It is usually a straightforward configuration.

Also what popup are you referring to?

Thank you for looking into this. 

Yes, I have followed the instructions and for example if I type in /jira create task project summary etc, it still pops up this form.
Ideally I want to be able to create a ticket without having to fill a form
